• Uses and limitations of mass spectrometry particularly as
applied to samples with biological origin
• Major elements, configuration, ionization methods
• Analysis in both, small molecules and peptides/proteins
(quantitative measurements, identification and structure elucidation)
• Knowledge of mass spectrometry
