  • Chemometrics, including the development of the algorithm to align the chromatograms and the software of pattern recognition methods.
  • LC/MS analysis of the modified nucleosides and peptides. Applying LC/MS into the diagnosis of diseases.
  • Metabonomics techniques, including the analytical and data processing techniques.
  • Proteomics techniques, mainly focused on applying LC/MS, LC×LC-MS to serum proteomics.
